Hi
Being the owner of your apple iphone 6 (Imei: [protected]), i am highly exasperated and disappointed with the worthlessness of your service, conduct and quality. I went to the service centre today (15 july 2017) due to some major issues i was facing with my apple iphone 6 (Black patch on display, dead battery, back camera flickering issue, auto shutdown when 20% battery left).
In addition to these the service centre technician mr. Rahul yadav himself detected another problem (Silent/ringer button not working properly). The same iphone 6 have already had major issues earlier also (Display was changed by the company in february 2017 and the back camera was also changed last month).
In view of repeated multiple malfunctions, mr. Rahul yadav told me that the set deserves replacement, but he expressed his helplessness and told me that the handset will be dispatched to bangalore for company to take decision.
With so many malfunctions the iphone has been reduced to a junk and since the set is under warranty, i will request the company to replace it. Under no circumstances i shall accept this junk handset.
I have already spoken to ms. Usha at apple customer care on the same issue and the complaint id is[protected].
