I am Arjun from Karnal, Haryana, India.
I have an apple iPhone 6s 64gb which is under warrenty.
I have been trying to get help from your customer support continuously from 3 days but they are just not able to help me indeed harassed me, DISTURBED me Mentally and made me really depressed.
As i use Reliance Jio sim which supports VoLTE, i called apple care enquiring about it. Mr. Pulkit confirmed that apple supports VoLTE with Reliance Jio and gave me a false information that there is some issue with my Iphone update and i need to restore the phone.
I believing him, backedup my phone. As he could not stay on call for hours so i need to call again while restoring.
Then after backup which was taken successfully on 10 September 2016 at 12:35 pm i called apple again for restore process which was answerd by Mr. Vipul, i told him the case number and the whole thing again, he too guided me to restore without confirming the things and made me restore the phone.
I confirmed everythime regarding the data as i could not afford to loose the precious data on my phone.
They all assured me that I won't loose any data and tild me to proceed furthur, now after restore, i was unable to restore the backup to my phone i called again and no one could help me then my call was transferred to a senior executive Mr. Kousmay(I believe)
I told him the whole thing as well and he shared my screen as well and told me to perform steps with the red arrow thing he was using.
I told me to see that my data was backed up on 10th at 12:35 pm and he saw it as well and anyhow due to his negligence he made me delete that backup.
I yesterday after so much of depressioncalled apple to make complaint against these executives regarding misleading information and mental harassment that i am facing because of them which was answered by Mr. Sohail, the senior executive. He told me that he will hear all the call recordings and provide me with the solution by today 9:30 am to which he just called me today after hearing all those calls and just apologised and nothing else.
Sir, For all this mental torture, depression and harassment i had to face and which i am still facing, i request you to take a very serious action against these executives and make them COMPENSATE me for this FALSE, MISLEADING Information which lead to LOSS of all my personal data and information which lead me to a huge depression. Or unfortunately i will have to take some legal action against this matter as they sitting at APPLE cannot do this, cannot mislead customer to such extent that it leads to customers mental harassment. I have all the call conversations recordings with me.
I hope you won't disappoint me and do the needful.
