Apple India — Regarding insult of special kid

Today, Apple service center office workers ie girls make fun of special need kid in front of other customers.
I strongly want to Take strict action against apple service center located in city square mall, Rajourigarden garden, new Delhi or guide them to behave properly even though it's INDIA where people treat differently abled persons as animals.
