I ordered for a replacement battery for my IPhone on 29th Oct. The Apple Icare center told the battery will reach within 5 working days and asked to make a full payment for the battery.
Now it’s been more than 2 weeks and still there is no response from Apple regarding any delay in procuring the replacement battery.
How can you take full money upfront and don’t have a minimum commitment to inform me if there is any delay.
Will you even send the battery or not?
Please give me the tracking details if you have shipped it so that I will track it myself (which is what you are supposed to do and inform)
