Dear sir,
I bought the iphone 11 from 17th march of 2020. After one week i saw something unexpected things in my iphone, i saw my iphone battery is sucked at 80% after my phone still connects with charger and after 3hr 100%. Once i noted this issues i called to the customer care support (18th april 2020) centre that time that person told me, sir apple has launched ai (Artificial intelligence) it's mean phone automatic read the data after phone behaviour based on artificial intelligence (Ai) after 2-week one more thing happened with me and this time iphone battery health 100% to 99% after one week 99% to 98 it's still draining my battery health 97% after i called to customer care support again i told you what's happened with me from last two months, and mrs. Hamika has launched complaint on (9th may 2020) regarding this her provide me with a case number: case number:[protected] after her my case forward to your engineering department and she collect all my logs and all details, but till now no one can solve my problem mrs hamkia told me engineering team working on my case, and they provide me with a solution till now no one can provide me with a single solution. I request you, sir, please refund my money or replacement with a new iphone because i am a big fan of apple and am using iphone last 7yr but this time with my iphone unexpected thing and battery health drain too fast and performance are worst. So i requested to you, sir, please solved my issue.
