Apple India — Regarding Refund of Amount

Dear Sir,

I have make payment to purchase chips in application. But payment is deducted from my account since last 2 days and chips is not credited to my account and Apple is not refunding my hard earned money and Saying that money is not received by them. I have attached screenshots for the same. Please resolve my issue.
