I purchased an i phone 7 on 26 january 2018 after four month and few days display of that handset is not working well it shows some shaded display issue so i take that handset to service center (iZenica, DLF mall, sector-18, Noida).Service center executive examined my phone thouroughly and written down the condition of my phone in repair acceptance form signed by me and then reset my phone and said that the phone will be delivered to you on june 22 2018 but in the evening your executive called me and said that this display is non apple display not covered in warranty you should replace it for Rs 29000, if my phone display is non apple or not genuine and my phone is repaired or opened so why you can't check in previous service time that is at the morning when i had submitted the phone to you, why you had accepted my phone and what you had observed when i asked you that i am having an issue with my display at that time only you should observe it Whether the display is genuine or not. I am attaching job sheet photo with this complaint.
