I bought macbook air m1 chip from apple authorised store iconcept in jammu(INDIA) on 7th of June 2021. After using it for 8-9 days it got black screen and it was not responding. I took it took apple authorised service centre in jammu ( F1 solutions). They diagnosed it and told me that it's logic board needs to be replaced. Buying a product of approximately 1 lac rupees which is not a small amount and then after getting it opened only after 7 days is not a correct thing at all. I demanded replacement of product at that time from service centre but they refused. Then after replacing the logic board the service centre guys are saying that there is a error in ALS sensor and are saying that the display needs to be changed, I mean what is this non-sense going on. Buying a laptop and then after 7 days getting it's part replaced of amount approximately half of that of the laptop. I want my product to be replaced or I will file a court case and take a legal action against the company. My repair Id is G[protected]
