i purchased an apple iPhone 5 on 31st January 2013.it was working well till the month of may, then the problems started, the WiFi issue, app store issue camera problems, software updatation failed and few more.i bore with the problems thinking it to be the minor ones, but after October things were worsened.the camera started to block at times, there were pink lines coming in the screen while clicking pictures, WiFi was nor working, my lightning cable also gave up.on November 27th i went to systematix solution in ho chi min sarani kolkata (apple workshop) they received my complaints and promised to repair it or replace it if issue not solved.they returned the phone to me on 5th December 2013.but after 1 week o[censored]sage i found my camera problems were not resolved at all.they have replaced my lightening cable.but my iPhone was still not all okay.i again went to their office on 17th January.this time also they promise me to repair or replace.but my warranty period is getting over on 31st January 2014.which is just a week or more left.its not possible for me to run from Howrah to kolkata every time for this phone.i request them to either completely repair or replace the phone.but they took my request too casually.i request you to see to this matter.i am from a middle class family.i saved money to get this 45000 phone.but within 1 year it caused me so much of trouble.i cannot afford to buy another one and moreover i feel they have cheated me.by promising to repair or replace but they neither repaired nor replaced.i am writing this to you with much hope and trust.please do the need ful.and help me get a trouble free phone.i am attaching the picture clicked from my iPhonedazp as a proof of the problem i am facing while clicking pictures from my phone.
