Issue : mobile heating/battery draining/face id not working.
1. We reached out to the croma store and we explained about the issues, they said that they need to send an iphone service centre to diagnose whether the issues exist or not .
And within 7 days of policy, we have requested for the replacement, but the croma stores manager denied for the replacement and, as we can see that in the croma website as well mentioned easy 7 days replacement. However it didn't work for us, even though the issue was GENUINE.
2. While we hand-it-over to croma the iPhone, they have sent it to the raipur apple service centre to diagnose.
And they diagnosed and they came to know like there was even a face id issue and they have sent it to banglore service centre which almost took 15 days .
3. After 15 days it came back to raipur service centre and they confirmed to me that they have changed the motherboard and battery and the apple service centre hand it over to Bilaspur croma stores.
However, when we visited the croma to pick up the phone, we identified that the motherboard was refurnished by looking at the model no. We got to know, this literally looks like the apple service centre is doing a scam, hence we are not fools here.
Now, It's been two months and me and my family are following and running on a circle with croma stores with the replacement of the iPhone 14 pro max 256 gb.
Where we are literally mentally depressed, and we are requesting you to replace our phone, because whenever we are visiting croma stores they are redirecting to someone else and we are clueless to whom we need to check it out, as croma is big brand but this is literally not acceptable the way croma projecting and representing brands its not bareable.
We can go with a legal approach, but we don't want to do all the exercises, hence we only request you to replace our phone . As we have received a defective phone and we are not obligated to use it, since the day we have bought the phone the whole family sleep is gone, this is literally a pain in the ### for us .
The service guy came and replaced the motherboard of the new brand iphone 14 pro max 256 gb, Who advised him or what was the conversation between him and croma only God knows. He came and replaced the mother board of my brand new mobile.
Also the people who work in this area Croma bilaspur are not at all professional nor technical. They have Zero exposure of handling sales equipment's. They don't give a Dam if a person is not happy with the services. Even the manager of this area is not at all professional and mostly they will say manager is not avaialble, Inspite of knowing the whole story which we told him repeatedly he is still not convinced about the mobile issues as a consumer centric company they should replace it immediately.
Even though now its proved from authorized apple service CENTER then that there is GENUINE hardware issues.
