Hello there
I use Apple lap top, watch and phone. in 2016 Nov one of my iPhone 6 which was hardly 1.5 years old started facing some problem and I-care asked me to replace it. Instead of replacing, I took my uncles phone which was a 64 gb iPhone 6 and he exchanged my old phone and bought an I Phone 7.
The iPhone 6 that I am currently using- serial no F73P7S21G5MR, crashed once I updated IOS 11. Previously when I updated IOS 10.3 I had an issue with the WIFI. All that Apple and its I-care says is to replace the phone. They don't talk about how the phone could fail so fast. Lot of my friends facing similar issues. Is this the strategy of Apple to make you buy new phones. Can some one help me with this please...this is the second phone in 10 months please Was this information helpful? |
