Apple India — Service centers refused due warranty replacement of screen

My apple 5 S I Phone gone defective. A small black developed on screen and it further increased. Also various colors are emerging on screen. I purchased the product on 7-July-2017 hence it is still under warranty. But when i approached to Sahibabad service center (Ghaziabad) and Preet Vihar Service Center (Delhi) they did not considered the warranty issue and they claimed unrighteous full amount for repairing although the cost of repair must be borne by Apple company itself as per policy. kindly do need full to get my phone repaired.
