Dear apple my case id is[protected] and my no is [protected]. My issue is i was working on my mac book pro and suddenly my mac get off. I took the device to the service center and they told me that there is some hard drive issue and said with in 48hrs we will inform u. So i waited for 48 hrs and i didn't get any response so i visited to the service center and ask for the status of my system then also they told me sir wait till 6pm. So i waited. After 6pm they bring my system and told me there is liquid damage in ur mac motherboard. If there is liquid damage then why they don't tell me on the same day first they said there is hard drive issue and suddenly in 48 hrs it came to know liquid issue. Is i am looking fool to them. They are asking for 44700 inr for changing motherboard i have purchase my macbook in feb 2017 for inr 64000. Iam not fool that i put a glass of water on my mac. And my mac contain lots of running projects and i suffering with lots of stress in my company due to this issue and for that i hv call to ur customer care an agent name sofi told we donot have info regarding hardware and said if service center is telling u the price then u have to pay the price for repairing the system. I am daam sure that no liquid failure is there form my side.. Same thing have been told by customer care manager and they drop my call. So apple one thing for sure i want my mac repair in under warrenty and if its not happen then for sure i will take the legal action in consumer court and definatly i am not going to buy a new mac and who ever is in my knowlege i will suggest them not to buy apple products for sure due ur disgusting behavior given by service center as well as customer care
