My MacBook has slowed down a lot. It takes 15 mins just to open up. The safari isn’t responding and so does the other apps. Every app takes about 5 mins to open up say it be FaceTime, Finder etc.
The issue is ongoing since 2018 and it is still unresolved as of today. I had called the Apple Support multiple times but every time they waste my 3-4 hours by asking me to follow troubleshooting steps. There after ask me to wait for 24 hours and see the improvement which I have never seen in two years. Now the Apple support team asked me to go for MacBook Servicing for which I had a word with
TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI, 110001
and they informed with that if there is no physical damage they would charge Rs 3000 for servicing the MacBook. Being a college student, I couldn’t afford the servicing fee.
Now what I’m looking from Apple Support is that since the issue is been unresolved for about 3 years from their end, so I request them to provide me with an exception by either providing the Mail-In option at my place or provide me with some document to waive off my Servicing Fee.
Like literally I never expected this from Apple. I know that you people have the best of products and I have been using them since long but if you would hamper customer’s experience than trust me it will deteriorate your image in longer run.
I request you to please resolve the issue asap else I have to go for other forums to get justice.
