Hello, this is about my iphone 7. Recently, after the battery replacement campaign launch, i replaced the battery of my phone from apple. My phone was under warranty then. I was not happy with the replacement of the battery. The phone was freezing, heating up, lagging and the battery was draining profusely. I went back to apple.in the meanwhile the warranty expired when it was in their centre. Now, they are saying the warranty has expired. They are requesting me to please take it back, we have done what we can, we have tested the phone. However, they have tested it only on default apps. They said we cannot replace the phone. They are asking me to take it back and send screenshots of the phone and do regular diagnostic tests. I am sure all this won't help as those diagnostic test results would be normal just like it has been in the past. I have refused to take it back since i am looking for a replacement.
