Dear team,
This is regarding the poor customer service provided by unicorn infosolutions pvt ltd.
I had a visit to the service center on the 14th may 2018 as my iphone 7 plus battery was draining, along with it the gallery use to freeze completely as i tried to open the app. So had to close it wait for few seconds and then reopen it again. Few inbuilt app when tried to open freezes and crashes on its own. All these were my complaints.
When i informed all this to the lady behind the counter at the unciorn service center. The update that i got was that its a software glitch and it will be reinstalled again. I was ok with the same. I waited for 20 min approx. An dwas handed teh phone back and was asked to use it for 2 days and if the problem persists to get the phone back. Instead i started using the phone then and there and added my gmail account to sync my contacts and downloaded whats app the battery drained by 10% in 10 minutes i was not ok with and returned the phone asking to check it properly as i was not convinced with the resolution provided.
They asked me to deposit the phone and said it will be diagnosed and if problem found it will be sent to bangalore office.
As per the policy they informed that they do not provide stand by phone as the phone is under observation. Wil only get a phone when its sent to bangalore.
I waited for call from unicorn infosolutions fro two days no one called or emailed. On 16th may 2018 i called on the mentioned number on the job sheet and the person replied that the phone was sent to bangalore as it had issues.
My question to him was why wasn't i been informed about it and why wasn't i asked to come down to collect stand by phone. He only said he is not aware of it and the tech guy might have forgotten. Like really!!! Is this an excuse to be given are we in school???
I even mailed teh email id mentioned on the job sheet to unicorn infosolutions ([protected]@uipl.co.in) twice i did on 16th may 2018 and you would be shocked to hear that till date i dint receive any reply. Quite strange!!!
Also on the job sheet the lady mentioned only battery issue and sent it ahead to bangalore.
I get a call today stating the phones battery had an issue and it was replaced. But what about my problems which i had told her nothing was covered.
Unicorn info is asking me to collect the phone and check or else resubmit it again and follow the same process and waste my time behind all this.
