I, Aparup Chakraborty, son of Amulya Bhushan Chakraborty, age 33years, presently and permanently situate, lying and being in the address BL-192, Sector-2, Saltlake City, Kolkata-700091 since last 3 decades. I bought my phone on last week of November 2016; my model number being "Iphone 7 plus, GSM, Black 128GB". We started facing our problem from the month of January that the phone was suffering from a microphone issue since its date of manufacture. I went to the Apple customer care with my problem but they were reluctant and said that they found no issues. I had to drop by 7times then they started taking the matter seriously and deposited my phone and later on they replaced it, and my new phone's IMEI no. being [protected] and serial no. being F2NSNME5HFY7. The phone worked well for 1month and again that same problem aroused. Again I had regularly visited to the customer care for the phone hampering my professional life severely. On 14th October 2017 finally the customer care {SYSTEMATIX MEDIA Store no. A 210, City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064} again deposited my phone for further checking. On 23rd October 2017 they gave back the mobile and claimed it to be duely repaired and with a changed display. Within one hour we were forced to revisit the customer care with the same microphone issue. This is a high end expensive hand set and I have gravely suffered for it time wise as well as morally. Being utterly frustrated and infuriated by the world’s leading telecommunication brand’s callousness I am placing this complaint.
My complaints in points:-
1. Acutely reluctant and unskilled customer care service
2. Profoundly unworthy unprofessionalism
3. Service not up to the price of the mobile.
My prayer:-
I want a permanent solution to this microphone issue.
