I recently purchased a Macbook Air from the Istore located in Phoenix Mall, Pune and I received the worst customer service ever, after purchase. Being a customer of Apple since 2009 I was under the impression that they provide the best customer support but it seems like these people do not care about their customers once they have sold their products and met their targets.
The product was sold to me stating it was a 2016 model, but when I took it back home I saw that it said early 2015. Now I am not a very tech-savy person and I did not know that it was updated in 2016 hence I went back furious asking why they did not tell me that it was a 2015 model and not 2016. Now the job of a customer support is to provide the right information and educate the customer, but in this case the store manager was not available at all, in spite of me going to the store physically and calling twice. Their attitude is also very wrong and it did not feel good after talking to them. Asking why he has not been available, I get an answer that he could have ignored my call but he chose to talk.
I am an extremely dissatisfied customer right now, and I would have to rethink purchasing anything from the store even though I love apple products. As customers we are paying huge amounts of money on these products. Don't we deserve some respect?? Was this information helpful? |
