Dears @ Apple
We had submitted the apple watch series 2 (Sr No. FHLTQV21HJLJ) at Aptronix store @ lower parel on Jan 1st 2020.
I have been following up since then but the issue has still not resolved and not getting apt response from Aptronix since years inspite of my follow-ups .
History of the first email sent -
Due to the cracks formed around the edges of the screen, the whole screen has come out. Since was out, did my best to preserve the screen and kept in the pocket along with the watch. However since the screen had come off, small sharp fragments of glass seem to have chipped out from edges and the screen also developed further cracks.
This watch was purchased In USA and we also understand from other users of the apple watch (series 2) that screens of these series are susceptible to cracks along the whole edge line and hence ; Apple keeping in line with the best customer service and quality product, offered to replace the same.
We request Apple to kindly replace the screen as there seem to be a genuine issue with this product glass. We have strong faith in Apple and its customer service . Personally have been using Apple phones, tabs since many years and never had any chance to complain however this is the first issue faced (watch screen) on apple watch and confident that apple will take this up positively & sincerely and offer a replacement FOC.
