Apple India — why you need credit card details

Sir,
I was informed that my apple id is disabled and i have to resubmit my details.
I have already submitted my details but i do not wish to authorise you to my credit debit card withdrawal.
If you start debiting without my consent i might have no knowledge for which services you are debiting.

Please send me your bill if any i will pay if i have used your services and if it is regular customer services i think you will not charge for it
