Saved every penny and bought my first iPhone in May-2015. When i unboxed it and tried to switch on, in only got the Blue Screen/Red Screen error. Approached the Apple customer care - Ample Technologies, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai. The RAF No - IMA681488. I was told that it was a hardware issue and was given a new Phone on 25-May-2015.
After using that phone for a couple of weeks, i experienced terrible pain in my ears when attending calls. Called up the customer care and was advised to handover the phone at the service centre immediately. i did so. Ample Technologies RAF - IMA691995. i was given a new phone on 07-June-16.
This time i got to use the phone for almost 11 months long. in May 2016 i approached the Ample Technologies because the receiver speaker of the phone was not worki
Feels like i am terribly cheated by Apple Inc. Saved every penny and bought an iPhone with pride in May 2015. Had to exchange 4 phone ever since, due to hardware / software issues each time. In just exact three months, the last phone i received has also stopped working. Having invested so much on the phone, i never experienced the satisfaction of owning an iPhone.
It feels terrible when friends and colleagues using other phone devices make fun of me for using an iPhone, which i always flaunted with pride. I am not happy with the way the Customer Service responded to my pleas.
I could have rather bought a phone from any other company for much cheaper price and would have been in peace. So much for trusting the quality and Service of Apple Inc. ? Was this information helpful? |
