I owe a iphone 7plus which is having a problem of camera quality, home button not working well and a feature of call announce is also not working so i submited my phone on 29th jan 2018 and my phone was sent to bangalore and said will be replaced or repaired within 6-8 days i accepted and waited for 8 days and when today i went to take my phone they gave the phone without evene repairing it and asked me to submit the phone againvfor another 10 days.
I just want to tell even a chinese company of mobile phone has a good customer service center and provides customer satisfaction not like you bloody fraud company, purchasing phone of 60000 is waste should have purchased a phone of small amount.
This customer service center b2x solutions at netaji subhash palace new delhi having such a worst persons seating there and cannot even satisfy customer and are such arrogant persons and stafff either dissolve this service or kindly change the staff and management worst service center and experience ever.
They even didnt even peovide me with loner device
I will definitly share it on social media and show to people how such a reputed company is conducting its business and having such a poor response and having such a poor service center and there response who cannot even satisfy its customers
Seriously such a big disappontment.
Kindly assist and dont letme to go to the courts for help.
