I Bought an iPhone 6s with IMEI no: [protected] (from skycell kollam Kerala) on 13 June 2016, but the phone was dead just after 4 months without any prior issues or external damage, and warranty claim was denied to me saying that phone had a minute crack (it cant even be called as a crack it was just a scratch on the bottom screen), as i had insurance by apps daily insurance the phone was replaced with a new one having IMEI no: [protected], (it took more than two months for this process). But after one week o[censored]se this replaced new phone was also found dead, as it was a new phone and as i have 6 months warranty left i handed over the phone for service to sky cell on 14 dec 2016 an from there they handed it to apple authorized service center (F1 Info Solutions & services, Trivandrum Kerala ) on 19 Dec 206. But now even after one month i had no information about my phone, the service executives are not genuinely responding to me.
I Bought the phone on June 2016 but till this moment i used the phone only for 4 months.. I AM A GREAT FAN OF APPLE BUT THIS IS DISAPPOINTING AND NOT EXPECTED FROM APPLE . This is causing me a great inconvenience, loss of cloud data, loss of time, money, etc. really i am disappointed with apple.. I wish you will contact me. I lost the faith in your company and i would like to file a case in court for this.
