I had ordered an iPad air 4 on the 2nd of december. I received a Macbook pro leather sleeve on the 4th of december instead which is not what I ordered. After raising several tickets, the item was taken back from me on 9th December and returned to the apple warehouse on 14th december (Return #[protected])
I was speaking to several support specialists on a daily basis. One told me that my replacement was cancelled and that I would get a refund. I had also received a mail stating that "Your items have been cancelled. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account."
The next day I spoke to another specialist who said that my replacement was not cancelled and that I would be receiving it and not a refund. On the same day I received a credit note which said "This invoice amount has been returned to you by Cheque Refunds" (Credit Memo Number: JA[protected] however I have not received any amount till today.
The next day I spoke to another specialist who said that investigation was currently going on and the replacement was put on hold since the team have not received photo evidence from me. The email which I was supposed to send the photos to bounced saying "Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@apple.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail". I've again raised over 5 tickets requesting apple support to send a new email to which I can actually send the photos to. Haven't received any response yet. Also, none of the other specialists had made me aware of this issue. There was a severe lack of 2 way communication.
Finally, yesterday on the order status page of the apple website, I noticed that it says "You returned this item on 09 December 2020, and have already received a replacement" when I haven't.
None of the investigation team have contacted me for the past week. Nor have I received what I paid for.
Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
