Hi,

I had applied for PAN update request on 26th October 2020
PAN communication number - 2467527
I didn't receive any update on it till date. I have paid 499 rs for update.
I have submitted other required ID documents on their request like passport and Aadhar card.
I searched that website on google today to track my request, but its no more available.
Site is blocked.

Can anyone please help me understanding if they misuse the ID proofs and should I file a police complaint against them?
I have lost my money too
