I applied applied for a PAN Card on 5th September via this site but still haven't received any news about it. I tried asking and mailing them but their hasn't been any response received from there side. Kindly help me as I'm scared if this might be a scam and my details might be taken in by the website. I have paid Rs 499 to the site. I would request you to kindly help me to receive a refund of it as well and help me to cancel my application at their end.
