I paid fee of 500/- approximately one year back during covid-19 period due to lockdown i was not in a position to apply and send application through post as there is no postal service at that time.

please refund my amount....

I applied applied for a PAN Card on 5th September via this site but still haven't received any news about it. I tried asking and mailing them but their hasn't been any response received from there side. Kindly help me as I'm scared if this might be a scam and my details might be taken in by the website. I had used this website to apply for pancard for myself and my relative. It seemed all genuine and transparent, I paid for the application fee (500rs) for both the application and got the respective tracking IDs. Lately I tried to open the link they inorder to print the application. Then it was found that the website is not existant. And further it came to my knowledge that the charge for application was 93rs and that the site was a fraud,...

I had applied for PAN update request on 26th October 2020
PAN communication number - 2467527
I didn't receive any update on it till date. I have paid 499 rs for update.
I have submitted other required ID documents on their request like passport and Aadhar card.
I searched that website on google today to track my request, but its no more available.
Site is blocked.
