I bought ro purifier from this company. They claim that they will provide free service for 3 yrs at the time product installation. But they are not following the same. I'm trying to book a general service request for past 7 days, though i get confirmation sms, but one one came to my house. Their customer service very worst and i do not understand why they are running this at all.

This was one of the worst decision and waste of 18, 000 down the drain for a pathetic water purifier which I went without knowing in the Chennai Trade Centre Exhibition.

"We had purchased a purifier on exchange basis and as there were few defective parts you had promised to replace it. on enquiry regarding the status of when it will be done you were giving false dates and have not taken any action. Nowadays when contacted by phone you are not attending to the call at all. the copy of the bill and the service card is attached herewith....
