This is to inform you that I installed your Nanopure water system on my house by your representative on 7th Oct '12. From that date of installation its not functioned in a single moment, but the new system was replaced from Pondycherry branch office on 11th Oct '12 after continual follow ups. After 15 days the new system also stopped its working. From the date of repaired I following your costumer care center and your representatives regularly, but since I have not received any single responsible words from your end
Now its not functioned in a single moment from last 2 months. your technician not came for warranty service from the date of 29/12/2012.
