[Resolved]  Aqua Pure Plus — poor quality of filters used.

I purchased nova model aqua pure plus filters in september 2017 and the filter did not work after 7 months. Then after repeated complaints they changed all the filters at extra cost of rs 2225. Please do not believe the 1 or 2 years warranty given by this company. They charge you extra for each and everything. They are least bothered about the customers.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We replace at free of cost share your contact number. Normally consumable items like filter cartridges will not be covered in warranty.
