I had purchased aqua pure plus water purifier (RO + UV) on 18/05/2014 final recipt no APP/R/06/7158. The purifier did not work for the past one month inspite of repeated complaints through phone, none of the customer care personnel attended or responded for the complaint therefore, i request you to look into this matter seriously and myself and my family had a undergone a mental stress because of repeated negligence. Still no response from the firm. Inspite of repeated request through phone. We request you to take immediate action to solve this problem.
