Deficiency of services. We hav e sent the following mail to them.
"We had purchased a purifier on exchange basis and as there were few defective parts you had promised to replace it. on enquiry regarding the status of when it will be done you were giving false dates and have not taken any action. Nowadays when contacted by phone you are not attending to the call at all. the copy of the bill and the service card is attached herewith. As there is inaction from Your end we are forwarding this mail to consumer forum along with the details of phone calls recorded by Bsnl and mobile so that this matter will be settled amicably."
