Aqua Pure Plus — Regarding AMC Service

I would like to share the incident which is happened to me with the AQUA PURE PLUS team .i have raised a complain for servicing my machine on 14th of Nov 2015 with the Complain Number : 159427 but still now i dint receive any technician at my place and when i called them they use to tell that the technician will come in half a hour are in one hour ..
