[Resolved] Aqua Pure Plus — ro is not working

I do have a Aquaguard water purifier.From the last 1 months it is not working. I have filled the complaints maximum times even though no action is taken by the company. They say that we have added your complaint in Quick and it will we resolved in 48 hours, but the fact is that from the last two months no technician have ever visited my home.
my request no is [protected] it is completed more than a month but your representative is unable to rectify the issue.

Kindly look in this matter and solve the issue as soon as possible. and this is my last request to you otherwise i will sue you... please give reply of this complaint.
