Sir, i, pankaj kr bora in inhabitant o[censored]nder mentioned addresses, presently serving in crpf as bomb technician at sukma, chhattisgarh.
My wife mrs jutika dutta bora is also serving as gnm at baradrava mphc, who is now 6 months pregnant as well as have 4 years aged daughter, who is suffering from various types of summer monsoonal diseases at any moment and conditions.
Whatsoever, as our request, the dhing esd is provided, consumer no[protected] to my fathers name, namely bhogeswar bora but whenever electric supply is mostly urgent to our family then the dhing esd is going to/stand up for disconnect the electric supply facility and which is disconnected continuing wef 25/6/19 and create a harassment like situation to our family.
In view of the above, may i request you kindly consideration of our family conditional and order to the sde of dhing esd to provide continuing electric supply to consumer no[protected] at the earliest.
Note: sir, i have already been informed to the sde of dhing esd through mail that working process/progress of his undercommand workers of dhing esd are too much sluggish, which is call as negligence of dhing esds worker's in short language but no any action taken by him to till date. Hence, it is warn by me also that the sde of dhing esd is fully responsible, if found/create any types of bad effects to my family in future.
