My name is Shantanu Barman, working as Deputy Manager, Nazira Electrical Sub Division, Assam Power Distribution Company Limited, near Kareng Ghar, Gargaon, 785686. I have ordered one purse from Myntra.com and already paid for that. But my product has not been delivered yet. The Delivery boy could give me a call during delivery, but he din't. In my office around 40 workers working from morning 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If I was absent during delivery he could have been handed over the product to any one person working in the office as I have given my office address for online delivery. But now the status of the order showing that the product is returned to origin. I need the product within this week otherwise I will be bound to lodge one complaint to consumer grievances cell against your company which may hamper you. Expecting your speedy response. Thank you
