Although they have high rate of interest, that too, they keep on raising on periodic basis, against their worst service, no mode of contact / complaint or reaching out to them is present. They are very bad at customer service. I wanted to reduce the principal amount of the loan, to reduce the interest i have to pay, but they are modern's day sudkhor, sucking every penny out o our pocket, they are not even allowing us to reduce it, as they know, this will impact their pockets. There is no such clause in agreement, that we can't payback earlier then the loan closure date. This is one of the fraud bank, i come to kno, who doesn't have any ethics whatsoever. Shame on you #au financiers

      Executive called me saying that "he is calling from AU finance and you will get car insurance from AU finance". As I am an existing customer of Au finance I got convinced to switch my car insurance policy to Au finance. He collected the cheque from me on the name of Au finance asking he would mail me the details sooner regarding the car insurance policy. After collecting my cheque It took 3 Days of my follow up to get the proposal report for my insurance. The proposal report was on the name of Chola mandalam insurance. So i ask him to return my cheque as I did not want the Chola mandalam car policy. Yet they have issued me car insurance without my permission.

        The company did not disbursed the full amount of loan as approved and trying to recover full amount and when i insisted to correct them they have started using cibil and defamed my credibility and credit worthiness and it is strange that there is no system available in india to take action against such people but factually the company is shahukar in new avtar.
        If anyone knows how to resolve
        I have filed case against the company but our judicial system is very time consuming

          Dear team,
          I'm vishvnath kumar singh i have running a housing loan with you. And some financial reasons i am not provide the emi on time but i paid it on the same month with charges. But last 2 months i am giving only emi.
          So last month when the collection executive (Sumit kumar) came to me and told me this is the year closing month so give me the rs. 650 extra with your emi and so that we can do your pending charges zero. And i gave this amount farther confirmation of mr. Naveen kumar sr. Of sumit.
          But the charges is still pending. So request you to please look to the meter and reversal my charges.

            Au bank staff get a cheque of RS 3540:00 in December 2018 for grant us loan of RS 300000/ but in Feb 2019, they tell me that loan is pass for 225000/ only. It's ok. But after contact at customer care, they tell me that u will get loan on 15 April 2019. But still they did not pay me my loan amount. Therefore I request them to return my cheque with my amount and interest that they use my amount in bank. Au bank behror dist Alwar Rajasthan, did not get us proper reply.
            I request u for grant me my 3540 RS with interest from au bank behror.

              Sir i m harish patil. Customer of au finance bkc branch. I paid my all emi with all dues and late fees. But from rajasthan jaipur branch calling me again and again for pay dues. Every time i gave them receipt and details on phone. But next week again they say same word. I m very get upset from au service. They don't work their work on time and gave customer in trouble. Please do something. Tell them to updates all information on time and send other bank too. Very poor service in my life. I invert fed up to took my vehicle loan from your bank. And one thing i paid my tt insurance 41000. Au updates my 10000 in old account and 31000 in new account. I have 41000 receipt. But they said u have to pay 10000. But why i should pay. U update my first instalment in old loan account that's not my fault. Pls take action

Still now my car documents rc smart card is now giving to me. I was given for making hp entry to the au branch reengas (Khatushyamji asset center, sikar rajasthan) branch adviser tejpal paunda (Mob.[protected]) is telling me that you take from suresh parik (He has been left the au finance company just after approval the loan). Suresh is telling me when i was leaving the company that time i was hand over my charge to mukesh paunda with all relevant documents of company including your rc smart card also. Because company will not left me without hand over my charge and relevant documents of costumer or company. When i was complain of this to costumer service then they give me no. Of mr. Shispal ji just he is telling me just wait i will check but after two day i asked him then he told me there is no any rc so you go to rto and take duplicate rc from rto with necessary charges and but right now nobady listen to me. Tell me where from i will take the rc book of my car. This means this is not good workers company. Sir please provide me my car rc book rj23cb0543... Please quickly... I have approached many times but nothing will happen. I have been done many compliments including you and so many stages. Please take it seriously. Your adviser are not listening to me.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                I am madan kumar pal, taken home loan (Loan no.:50566) in the month of july, 2017 from "aavas financiers ltd (Formly known as 'au housing finance'), noida, uttar pradesh".
                                Before taking loan, i confirmed with "aavas financiers ltd" about subsidy under "pradhan mantri awas yojna" scheme. I was told that i am eligible for subsidy and i will get that subsidy amount with in 3 months.
                                In the month of september, i asked the representative/customer care of "aavas financiers ltd" about the status of subsidy. They told me that i am eligible for subsidy and my documents are uploaded to "pradhan mantri awas yojna" portal and i will directly get a call from "subsidy department of goverment". And they confirmed me that the subsidy amount will be credited in the month of october, 2017.
                                Again, i called them last week of the october month. They told the same thing that i am eligible for subsidy and my documents are uploaded and i will get a call from "subsidy department of goverment".
                                I was keep following them after october, 2017. I was keep calling them 4 to 5 times every months regarding my subsidy, their reply was same as previous i. E., i am eligible for subsidy and my documents are already uploaded and i will get a call from "subsidy department of goverment".

                                On 5th of april, again i called them and asked about my assessment id to check the status of my subsidy through online ("pradhan mantri awas yojna" portal). They are not ready to give my assement id, then i told them that i am the customer of your's and i have the rights to know about my assessment id to check the status of my subsidy through online. Then that lady (Customer care) discussed with her senior and told me that her senior will call me after 5pm on the same day. I was wating for their call but din't receive any call from them. Then again, i call them and asked about the subsidy. Now, that senior lady (Name is mridula) told me that they have not yet uploaded my documnets on the "pradhan mantri awas yojna" portal till now.

                                On 7th april 2018, i had word with sharad pathak who is secretory of "aavas financiers ltd" as per meha who is an employee of "aavas financiers ltd". He told me that i will get my subsidy in the month of may 2018.

                                It is almost 10 months, now i am not able to trust those people who are giving the wrong information from starting for their benefit.

                                Now a days, i am keep mailing to get the response from them, but not getting any response from them.

                                They are mentally torturing to us.

                                Please help me out regarding this.

                                    I an a resident of hailymandi, pataudi (122504) gurgaon, hr. I brought a car named grandi10 in march, 2016 and financed it from au financers (Au bank), haily mandi. I also was paying my emi’s on time and also due to some personal and financial reasions i had to delay my dates of emi submission but payed those with interest. But some of the associates and seinor are actually misbehaving with the customers and are not properly attending customers.
                                    I’ve faced this problem many times in haily mandi branch. They are mostly concerned with what they have to earn. Also to get the printout of the statement or car emi’s they are demanding money.
                                    So, it is my request to take a strict action against this missbehaviour and corruption.

                                      I am harbansh singh(asst manager union bank of india amritsar) who has takeover the said loan related to mr deendyal the whole pending amount of loan 11, 81, 784/- i have submitted on dated[protected]. The time of deposit the amount nobody of your staff posted at hanumangarh branch raise any issue and nobody have told mr deendyal has given guarntee in other loans.Your bank staff (mr raghvendra, mr anil kamra, mr amit chilana) have taken in confidence to me has deposit the amount on said mentioned date.now they are not telling the actual position the document and not attending the phone calls also now they are saying we can not release said loan ac property document because he has given guarntee in other loans. I have got all information from toll free[protected] where is the pendency and delaying in release the document . Your hanumangarh branch staff nobody help me to clear the position and issue I also taken loan from my bank it has clearly mentioned in sanction letter registry should be within 30 days of disbursement of loan. Now only 7days are left to registry. So you are requested please release the document so i can safe my job.

                                        I am still waiting for my home loan subsidy can you please tell me what is the status of my subsidy because it already take too much time.
                                        Can you please tell me who is responsible for this, so i can call him or mail him.
                                        Any home loan passbook if yes please send it or not then how can i know about my repayment schedule and also i am still waiting for my processing fees check which you told me after loan my processing fees 5900 check is return but still not. I am too much irritate from your team response.

                                        No body take it seriously, nobody pick my phone.
