My business loan going on from last 2 years from auf. First year they r receiving emi through e - cash. From last one year they r not using e-cash. But debiting my account return charges etc. After lots of requesting they they pressurised me to open an account at their bank other wise you will charged me such charge. After that i issued a cheque favouring auf. But they do not prsesent to my bank on time. This time my account debit by such amount as belowed

Till that they are continiously calling me for emi 3-4 times daily.

I had closed 1 loan account in thename of mr. Pankaj sharma in indore branch on 08.12.2017. As per your guidelines property papers of that land should be received within 15 days i. E., 23.12.2017
Which is not yetreceived. As per government guidelines stamp duty on registry is increasing by 1 percent from january, 2018. Hence, we request you to kindly gave us registry papers so that we can book a slot for registry before 31.12.2017, otherwise we are not going to pay the difference amount i. E., 70k approx and will file a case against your consumer court.

1) since apr'17 your 1 of 2 emi is not debited from the account, after following their customer care said it is due to your technical error. I frequently emailed to solve this but no replies for resolution from them since 5 months. I sent statements showing enough balance in my account to mr. Rashmin, zonal officer of au (Awas) finance after that he also stopped replying me.

2) however, after visits to their surat branch, mr guarang promised to resolve immediately & took the due payment chq. Till due date. But mr yogesh took my signatures on blank forms saying its for problem correction, he said its because change in name of au from avas & he also took blank undated cheques of my saving account saying has to do full process.

3) last month i saw rtn chq from my saving account & wonder what is that, later came to know that yogesh deposited those cheques after 3 months without informing me & also changed my emi account from ca to sb by signing that blank forms he got signed from me.

4) he changed emi account from current to savings, without any information to me. He deposited my blank undated cheques without asking me.
Emi is not debited due to their technical error but they keep sending messages to cibil, experian & equifax that i am not making payments / delaying.

5) i requested them to a) rectify false information sent to all credit bureaus b) unregister my sb acc which they changed without information & continue with same ca acc for emis.

I have sent several emails to customer care, nodal officer, zonal officer for above issue since may'17 but nobody replies for resolution till now. Also on their website complaint form but without any solution they updated closed status & no reply from there also

Instead correcting mistakes their collection person comes at my home & shouting at my door using bad words to my family.

Now today somebody from jaipur mr. Sukhbir sigh phoned me that he has filled 138 suit against me for non payment of emis.

Instead solution to the problem, they just keep giving me & my wife such threatening calls.

Mera name binesh kumar choudhary hai is time condition sahi nahi chal rahi hai aur mai satna ka customer hu aur 30 ke pahle jama bhi kar deta hu paisa fhir bhi dharmendra singh ka ek calletion agent hai wo battmizi se baat karta hai aur all time dhamki deta rahta hai to usko samza diya jaye ki kaise baat kiya jata hai customer se.. I had sufficient fund on the due dates of my emi but it didn't deducted from my account. And after that employees of au finance continuously forcing me to submit penalty and emi. And misbehaving with my parents pls be in a organisation culture. Or i do complain in consumer forum and rbi. I've bank statement clearly stating no emi got bounced. That' not good

I have submitted documents for mortgage loan on home at surendranagar, gujarat branch. After the first visit of branch official they have accepted case and took over all the required property and kyc docs and cheque. Post valuation they have confirmed that property is ok but valuation is less than our requirement and if we can submit another property docs then they can approve loan amount as per our requirement, so we are agreed and submitted other property docs. Then after they have not contacted to us and after personal visit of branch they have excused that wife of our executive has been hospitalised from last couple of days.. Then my question is if your one executive is not present in your branch have stoped working or closed your branch?

Then after that they have deposited cheque for processing fee wothout any discussion and post debit of cheque they again not contact to us for 2 months and now after many follow ups they have rejected our case stated reason property is not ok

Now my question is if documents are not ok then why they ask for another property docs and why they have debited processing fee cheque without any intimation? If my query have not been resolved or if they will not give my processing fee amount back then i have to go for legal acpescts.

Sir i have applied for loan of 5 lakh in au financier paota branch.

They say that they give loan on property paper (On registry)...
They take cheques from me
They also sign guranter..
But they refuse to give loan
They said they give loan if they have paper issue by gram panchayat (Patta)
But i have not..
So i am very disturbing from them..

Because they taken my original property paper...

Hi my name is Praveen Gautam divanji i have loan for new vehicle before 3 year so I am paid all emi but last my 4 emi are pending and my vehicle sizing in Nagar location date is 28 oct 2016 I tell Mr Wani I am paid my emi amount but he told me all paid foreclosure amount
I told Mr Wani wait me I am paid for few day he is OK
So I am going to belapur branch deposit amount so he is say ur vehicle sale
I am shock because without intimate why car sale
Vehicle is very good condition tyre is new all is well
He is neglected me belapur branch so I am action of Mr Sawpnil Lanche, Mr Wani
I am for in police station in belapur
My vehicle is ur neglected and sold out
They are very expensive me

Sir in current year I purchased a home loan from au financers their company representative given us 11% rate of interest and 35000/- initially amount against loan.Then we finalised the deal, I have the proof of it. And company charged all stamps xerox and all other transportation charge from us every time.But finally after 3 months they given us amount.In three months we suffer more problems by company.Kai baar hame office bulaya Gaya hamare documents miss kar diye Gaye.2 to 3 times hamse cheque mangwaye Gaye. Finally company ne hame cheque Diya lekin loan 16% me kar Diya jiske liye hum bar bar chakkar laga rahe he.hamse ye bola ja raha he apko 40000/- or deposit karna padega. Complain Ki dhamki dene par unka reaction tha Ki tumhari file kharab kar degi company.company badi he bahut case chal rahe he tumhara case bhi ek taraf chalta rahega. Please sir justice me because hum pareshan Ho Gaye he unhe bol kar.they not responding us.consumer court ka bola to bolte he kuch nahi hoga company ka ulta tumhe hi galat sabit kar degi company.

We have purchased a car from tata showroom balaji cars mira road on loan amount from au finance of 4.25 lakhs
And we paid 2.75 lakhs down payment the car value was 6.5 lakhs after 4 months we surrendered the car to AU finance company as there was no profit in car business.
they took over the car and sold the car without any intimation while taking over they said that they will give us the balance amount now they are telling that they got only 2.90 lakhs of car ... and they wants us to pay 1.35 lakhs this was in year 2012 now they are telling they have filled a case against us to repay the balance amount with interest amount ... the car value at that time was much greater then 5 lakh instead of repaying the balance amount they are asking us to pay 1.35 lakhs +interest ... we are seeking help in this matter from u ... our loan number is AU-107254
on public holiday they called us to court i dont know y this was on 25 nov 2015 last year ...

they are threatening us now on phone calls..

This is Satyendra Pandey working with AU Financiers (India) Ltd.I have not been paid the salary of June 2015 and they are telling you will not be paid until you achieve the target. Thye are cheating the employees who work sincerely. Very bad company Will do anything for saving money, sucking employee's hard earned money as their profits Don't join this company.No Work Ethics Only their Old people will harass new people

I have two loans from Au Financiers one for account no:[protected] for 15 lakhs. I have taken this Loan in October 2012. At the time of disbursement I was asked to pay 11500Rs cash towards Franking charges by the Bank employee Chetan. I asked him to provide me with the receipt's of the same but he mentioned that he has lost the same. My relative also took a similar loan from them at the same time for 12lakhs and he was asked to pay 4, 000rs only. How and why was I asked to pay 11500Rs for taking only three lakhs extra i.e. 15lakhs. I verified with a different bank about the charges and was informed that it is only 0.2% of the loan amount and should have been only Rs 3000. I have been following up with the Bank at Pimpri branch with both Chetan and their Manager Anand Kugaji since the last two years but no one is ready to help me with this regards. I need an explanation for why the franking charges was 11500 and why i was not provided a receipt for the same yet. I shall be filing a legal complaint against the bank if not resolved in a week's time.

My self Deepak Shyamlal Thakor. I was working as marketing executive in Au financer india private limited company.
My complaint is my salary of july'10 is not given till date when i ask for salary to my reporting manager mr. Paresh Kotak(Branch manager of surat) he say's that her my boss(mr. jignesh rana gujarat state sales manages) say not to give you the salary check and when i call to paresh kotak he say don't call me.

Pls help me to get my salary of july'10.
