Axis And Rbi — Your account has been debited and your NEFT request has been posted to RBI

Address: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I transferred 5000 to a beneficiary for the first time on 14-4-15. The amount is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary! The status is "Your account has been debited and your NEFT request has been posted to RBI". I believe this issue is faced by many others in past and has resolution. I am pissed off because AXIS customer care doesn't respond to this. NEFT Req ID : 44603233 NEFT UTR : AXIR[protected] Please send the resolution of this issue to my email id, [protected]@gmail.com.
