Account number- ending in 7690
Recently my axis bank account ending in 7690 has been debited by 118 INR on 10-Dec-2019, name- Jaspreet Singh Chawla and mob#- [protected] with Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. I never gave any consent/acknowledgement/approval/issued this mandate, ECS or anything else nor did I initiate it.
Can you please stop it and stop deducting any amount as per your wish. From where are these requests coming as I am for sure not sending/initiating any of these?
If it is fraudulent or anything, stop it immediately and revert/credit the funds in my account ASAP.
Your CUSTOMER CARE team is useless as well, they were of no help in this regards, stupid useless bank.
I have contacted Axis CUSTOMER CARE, they said I can not do anything. They said we will ask someone from axis bank to call, I received a call but she said I can not do anything, hold the line I will take someone on conference, she then put me on hold for 5 mins and said no one is picking call. She said I have taken your details, you will get a call back in 24 hours from the concerned POC who will be able to resolve this. It is almost/more than 240 hours (10 days) I have received no call back nor has anyone reverted/credit the amount they deducted without my approval.
I have also dropped them a mail on customer.[protected]@axisbank.com and also logged a complaint from axis bank website/support link but still they are just ignoring and taking advantage o[censored]s as users.
