I applied for fastag through axis bank and my account got created on 7th jan (Customer id:[protected]. However, i have not received my physical fastag until now, even after 15 days. I raised a service request with axis bank fastag customer service on 15th jan (Sr[protected] that was closed by your backed team without resolving the issue. I also tried reaching out to axis bank nodal desk, but the issue is still unresolved.
I am regularly facing issue on toll plazas because government has already made fastag mandatory starting 15th jan. Was this information helpful? |
