I booked 3 fds on nov, 2019 and became entitled to earn 300 reward points as per the offer. I called axis customer care executive around nov 10 to check on the same and he told me sir check on nov 20, points will be credited by then. I called again to check update and was told it will get credited by dec 1, which wasn’t done. Credit it immediately without giving any excuses.

The offer was valid till Nov 30, 2019 and I booked my 3 FD’s on Nov 1, 2019. Do not launch offers which you are not willing to give, and do not take customers for granted and make a fool of them.
Adding image as proof which the bank is denying. In the image, it can be clearly seen that I received the communication on my mail on Oct 31, 2019.
