Dear axis bank, after reading complete details about card protection plan, i think it doesn't suit's me.. Can i cancel the plan and get refund of 1649.

Note:i still not received the welcome kit.
Kindly tell me the way to get the refund and cancel the plan. Rs.1649 was billed to my credit card.
