Dear axis bank,
Iam a customer of your bank science a long time account no [protected].
Now iam facing an acute problem regarding the service of axis bank, 7, shakespeare sarani, kolkata - 71, west bengal.
On november 2016 one bank representative came to my office for approaching home top up loan of my excising home loan. Bank representative name mr. Dilip khesari, mob no [protected]. He explained me that iam eligible for 30% of my existing loan amount and i have applied for that according to his guidance. After that i have completed all documents which is required for that loan, and he took a cheque (No 220001) on 03.12.1016 from me rs.5750/ for service charge and that money debited from my savings account on 16.12.16.
On december 21st i received one massage in my mobile from axis bank that “ asset power loan has been sanctioned and amount is rs.220000 (Two lakhs twenty thousand only). Application id is – 5708505. I was shocked to see this sanctioned amount and i informed to mr. Dilip regarding this but he has no proper explanation about this matter. Again he assured me that he will try to increases this amount and take this issue to higher authority to resolve this problem. He has came to my office on 26th february, 2017 and take my signature on the loan agreement and he has also taken post dated cheque from me in favor of axis bank ltd (Cheque no-220016 to 220020). He has promised me that loan will be disbursed within 2-3 days. But he did not give me any copy of this agreement.
Till today i did not receive any amount from axis bank which is already sanctioned for me as asset power loan.in between several times i called that person (Mr. Dilip) but he did not respond. I informed this matter to mr. Munir ahmed, branch manager, kolkata (Mob no -[protected]) over phone but iam not getting any satisfactory answer from him till today.
It is so ridiculous that your staffs are not responding properly after my processing cheque cleared. This is a case of harassment.
So in this condition please do the needful as your earliest. Otherwise i have to take serious step against you.

on 3rd May 12:20 i send the 1000 rupees from my axis account no. ([protected]) to pnb account ([protected]) from bhim apps. transaction successful & amount deduct from my account but money not transfer to beneficiary account.
