[Resolved] Axis Bank — Charge my card without any notice or confirmation

I get a message from the axis bank that i get charge of amount: Rs.1699/- on my credit card. I am aware of this charge and bank never inform me about this charge called ECPP ASSISTANT. I am frauded by the axis bank. Please help me in this case and bank didn't respond of my call.
