Dear sir
I would like to inform you that I have a S/B account in Axis bank. Tolichowki branch.
The bank has deducted the consolidation charges Rs. Rs.5282.10 on 11/7/20, where as I have not taken any other services like New Cheque book, New debit card or even replaced with new card nor any other valued added services except sms alerts since I opened my account,
I not even received a single call from Axis bank relationship manger or staff for the services they used to provide since i opened a account in tolichowki.
In Fact I recommended my friends to open the account in the bank because of good relation with Akbar, Srikanth but I never expected this will happen to me.
Every month the bank has levied the charges.
In this Covid conditions every single rupee is so much valuable.
The bank knows that I have only Rs.5800+ in my account. How come they will deduct total amount and show my account in negative balance.
By knowing that I have the balance in my acc. I swiped at stores and petrol bunks. it was an embarrassing situation I faced at stores and petrol bunks because of axis bank.
Before I take further action in this regard
I request axis bank to refund my charges and credit my account with Rs.5282/-
