Axis Bank — Credit card fraud

I am writing this in regards to my concern i raised with the phone banking team that i received a call from axis bank sales team person with name “Anshu Chaudhary”. He told me i am eligible for vistara signature card for free two year there wont be any charges for two years as this is for testing purposes and later all the charges will be waived on your usage. Today morning also i confirmed with him he told the same thing that it will be free for first two years also received the call from him regarding the same below attaching some proofs. But once i received the card axis bank told me its not free and i need to pay for it its even not free for initial two years. I am attaching the proof of the person who pitched me about the card
