I had a business and had opened the current account for my business which was with Axis Bank.
Because of the recession in my business, I decided to close the business in the year 2017.
I deposited the cheque bank, the one which was hand over to me. And it was destroyed in front of me and was destroyed by the assistant manager. I withdraw the whole amount out of that on the account closure day.
The bank maintained a file for the closure of the account. They had all the documents including the Application to close the account, my account statement, cash withdrawal receipt, etc. this file also includes the application date proof.
They don’t provide me any relevant documents for the same.
After a year-long down the line, I again filed a complaint in 2018 and they provide me the proof which is being attached.

I went to the branch many times but every time they don’t solve the issue. The manager is confused as he is the one who is the witness of my problem.
The main problem is now the bank is putting a penalty on monthly basis and as GST provisions are also attracted and GST is applied on the penalty.
Now this balance is around -40, 000 and my saving account balance is around 46, 000 but my axis bank mobile app is showing 6000 only.
The negative balance is being adjusted with the positive balance.
I had compliant the same issue to the RBI Complaint Portal. My complaint register number is [protected].
Please solve the problem. As of now, I am facing a lot of problems. Revert back with this solution and please help me.
