Axis Bank — Delay of Delivery WELCOME KIT

Sir, I have opened a SB A/C at AXIS Bank, Gannavaram, Krishna Dist., AP-521101 on 16th Dec-2014. Till the date i have not received my WELCOME KIT, when i am asking at your branch they are not providing proper information and not giving the respect to the customers when asking about delay .
