Axis Bank — False assurances

Hi team,

This is to bring to your notice that axis bank gives all false assurances. Worst customer service. I had applied for BT and topup, until I submit my documents there were more than 10 follow ups continuous calls and txts.After submitting docs none of them bothered to call back and update the status. More over the sales executive (Aliza) gave false assurances. I had asked her 100 times to confirm if the loan can be processed. She had confirmed after checking that she has checked clearly there is no issue and 101% loan will be processed. After verification I did not receive any updates hence I kept calling her and she did not answer my calls. Some other executive is txting me and confirming that she is on leave past 2 days. Later confirming before your application was logged itself the application was rejected.

I would like to escalate this issue to the banking ombudsman. This is not acceptable at all such worst service axis bank has.
